HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER- ONE POST.
Qualification and experience.
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource and Public Administration or any other related degree.
- Previous experience in Human Resource Management and Administration of at least 3 years.
- Must be fluent in both English and Swahili language.
- Must be computer literate.

- Report to the General Manager
- Head of the Administration Department
- Advise the General Manager on Human Resource Management such as needs of Recruitments, Human Resource Discipline, employee remunerations and other benefits, training etc.
- Interpretation of by laws, Labour Laws, staff and financial regulations and scheme of service.
- Recorder of KCU (1990) Ltd Management, Board and General Meetings.
- Liase with Labour Institutions and Trade Unions.
- Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Terms of Employment and remuneration.
Tenure: Three years renewable employment contract.
Age: Not above 45 years of age.
Remuneration:
Attractive salary not below KSS 5 of KCU (1990) Ltd salary scales and other benefits as per KCU(1990)Ltd Staff Regulations.
