The company has a vast experience in Physical security, Electronic security and other security services like Canine unit (KU), Money Escort, fire alarms, Electronic fence, Electronic gates, CCTV camera installation and monitoring as well as Intruder alarm and Car track systems.
In order to strengthen its operations the company is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to: MARKETING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to: MARKETING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Debt Collections from the Customers who has a direct relationship with a SRO
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Undertake individual tasks of sales plan and targets as assigned
- Any other task as directed by your Supervisor
