Establish Purpose and Relevance of the Role
v Purpose of the Role is to perform all works that require skills and knowledge to create code for software applications.
v Relevance of the Role is to manage, propose and design programming aspects to simplify day to day operations in Smart plan or any other System.
Briefing on Impact of the Vacant Role Currently
v Inadequate number of personnel in the department of IT and Programming
Define the Work to be performed
v Writing, updating and testing code for existing and new programs.
v Review programs on a frequent basis and make adjustments as are necessary to ensure proper work flow of the program/system.
Specify Authority and Accountability of the Role
v He/she is accountable to IT and Programming Supervisor.
