Sales Representative Job Description
Can you sell tissue culture banana seedlings to your network of Tanzanian farmers? If you are not 100% sure that the answer to this question is “YES”, do not apply. This job is all about delivering sales results, and if you miss your targets it will not be a good fit.
We are searching for a Sales agent with good business sense to join our team, reporting to the CMO and CEO of the company. The Sales Agent's responsibilities include monitoring field and selling to customers. You should be able to maintain professional networks as well as set and achieve sales targets.
To be successful a Sales Agent you should be detail-oriented but also keep the bigger picture in mind. Outstanding candidates are keen problem solvers who ajira are focused on efficiency and take a hands-on approach to close deals.
