Barriers to Success in Role (Optional):
Dynamic market and change of raw materials, the incumbent technically adjusts to maintain consistency in both quantity and quality.
Failure to be trainable in new technologies as introduced in operation.
Shift programs where the incumbent works during odd hours and also during weekends and public holidays.
Complex interplay of several departments with large workforce.
Working under dusty, cold, at times rainy and noisy environments.
Constant training of non-technical staff.
